Therapy is typically 1-2x/week for 60 minute sessions. However, frequency and duration can be adjusted for individual client and family needs.
  • How do I get my child/dependent enrolled in therapy?
Send a message! Let's first chat and identify your child/dependent's needs. If appropriate, you will be sent an invitation to our online portal, Fusion Web Clinic, to complete the necessary intake and consent forms. A prescription from your child's/dependent's physician within the past 12 months will be necessary before an evaluation and treatment can begin.
  • How do I get my child/dependent a communication device?
Send a message! If a high-tech augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) system (i.e. speech generating device) is appropriate for your child/dependent, I will work with a partner company to obtain a device funded through insurance. This often is a lengthy process that involves an on-going speech and language evaluation, face-to-face physician appointment, and prescription for insurance approval.
  • How soon can my child/dependent start speech therapy?
There is currently a waitlist to be evaluated and begin weekly therapy. We will keep you posted when openings become available! However, consultations with a home exercise program may be appropriate during the interim.
